An engineer by training, Xavier Simó is the President and founder of the multinational inlea, an organization dedicated to the expansion and internationalization of technology companies.
inlea has been present in California for 13 years offering human resources, business development and legal advice for projects in 50 countries. Its main clients are large companies, scaleups and startups from the United States and Europe.
For 6 years, Xavier promoted the linktoStart pre-acceleration program through his Inlea Foundation, where more than 1,500 projects were able to receive free training and advice throughout Spain.
Additionally, Xavier is a collaborating professor at the IQS School of Management, EAE, UOC and the University of Manresa.
Her experience and global vision have also allowed her to be a partner of the Proteum consultancy in Silicon Valley. For three years, he has been investing with them in startups of disruptive technologies such as blockchain, AI and IoT.
Business trajectory:
Xavier began his professional career as a university professor at Ramon Lull University, and after a brief stint at Cisco Systems, he founded and presides over the multinational inlea, created in Silicon Valley. In addition, it has invested in a dozen startups in Spain and the United States.
